Meaningfulness

Look at the way the sunshine dances on the water

They sway and move together so effortlessly

Their bond making the other more beautiful

I wonder how the water feels with the suns absence

Or how the light is a little dimmer when the water is dried up.

But how necessary are both?

For in the sun's absence comes the moon, who comforts the tides

Whom brings complete balance

And the dried up water gives those that live because of it the reminder of its sacredness.

Could it be that even in our sorrow, even in our tragedy,

There exists meaningfulness.
